Marcy Runkle is a major character in the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh seasons of Californication. She is the wife of Charlie Runkle, having divorced him by the end of the third season, but remarrying him by the end of the sixth season. She is the best friend of Karen, and is seen as an aunt to her and Hanks daughter Becca.

History

Season Five

In the three year gap between season four and five, Marcy had both given birth to her and Charlie's son Stuart, as well as marrying Stu Beggs. Marcy has been experiencing a "sexual renaissance" while married to Stu.

Stuart is Marcy and Charlie's son. Marcy discovered she was pregnant with Stuart after beginning her relationship with Stu, and at first tried to pass the baby off as Stu's.

Stu Beggs

Marcy was married to Stu for over two years after divorcing Charlie, and lived with him as his home. Marcy would later admit that she only enjoyed their marriage rather than having any sort of romance with him, and the sex was a big part of that enjoyment.
